A Jackson Hole Tradition
If you’ve never been to Jackson Hole before, set aside one (or more) meals for Bubba’s. It’s a local classic. Bubba’s has every square meal covered: Texas-style barbecue for lunch and dinner, and a killer All-American breakfast menu to boot. The barbecue ribs, brisket, chicken, and pork are slow-smoked, while biscuits and gravy are handmade each morning. Also offering the biggest salad bar in town, with every topping and dressing imaginable. New menu items, too!
Venison medallions on top of a brioche toast with sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, and poached eggs topped with a bearnaise sauce.
Mama Julies Pot Pie
Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, scallions, roasted peppers and cheddar cheese topped with a puff pastry and baked.
