“Give me liberty or let me starve” is the motto of this brand-new restaurant off the Town Square. A collaboration between our family and restaurateur Gene Street, Liberty Burger is all about the finest (and never frozen) chuck, brisket, and tenderloin. Our menu is chock-full of inventive and tempting variations on the burger, from The Nooner, served with ham and hash browns, to ahi tuna and lamb. Wash it all down with a draft beer, milkshake, or novel “adult” milkshake.
